Members

Roles: the founder is the admin (the dashboard user). Staff you add are teachers. Students are students. Admins see everything; teachers see their assigned courses; students see only their own course’s content.

Member profiles (name, photo, username) belong to each person’s Soren account — read-only here. Removing a member cleans up course attachments automatically; nothing is lost on their side.
